Hawaiihemd.shop grants you a 1-month exchange and return policy.

If you are unable to return the service received in whole or in part, or if you can only return it in a deteriorated condition, you may be required to pay compensation for the loss in value. This does not apply to the surrender of goods if the deterioration of the goods is solely due to their inspection - as you would have been able to do in a store, for example. You do not have to pay compensation for any deterioration caused by the goods being used for their intended purpose.

General Voucher Terms and Conditions

There is no minimum order value unless a minimum order value is specified on the respective advertising material or promotion. The voucher is not transferable and can only be redeemed in combination with an order at www.hawaiihemd.shop. It is valid once until the expiry date stated on the voucher and is automatically deducted when the voucher code is entered when ordering.

In the event of a complete return, the voucher value will expire. In the event of a partial return, the voucher value will be credited. You can redeem a maximum of one voucher per order. Cash payment is not possible.

The voucher is not valid in conjunction with other discounts and vouchers. If the voucher is lost or stolen, Hawaiihemd.shop cannot issue a refund. There are no claims for partial or complete replacement of a voucher.
